Experience 1
Day 1 (Saturday) - Depart Brisbane aboard Spirit of the Outback to Longreach. Overnight: The Spirit of the Outback.
Day 2 (Sunday) - Arrive into Barcaldine and visit the award winning Australian Workers Heritage Centre, then travel onto Ilfracombe to visit the famous Wellshot Hotel. Overnight: Longreach. (L)
Day 3 (Monday) - Today we tour to Winton, the home of Waltzing Matilda, visiting the Waltzing Matilda Centre, North Gregory Hotel, the Opal Walk, the Royal Open Air Theatre, and the historic Corfield & Fitzmorris General Store. Learn about the dinosaur stampede at Dinosaur Diorama. Overnight: Longreach. (L, D)
Day 4 (Tuesday) - Join a tour of Longreach and visit the Qantas Founders Outback Museum and take a tour through the 747 'City of Bunbury'. Learn about Australia's pioneering history at the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame, and tonight cruise the mighty Thomson River and enjoy a campfire dinner under the wide outback skies. Overnight: Longreach (L)
Day 5 (Wednesday) - Take a tour of the Longreach School of Distance Education and the Pastoral College. This afternoon is free to revisit the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame or the Qantas Founders Museum or go shopping in the main centre of town. Overnight: Longreach (L)
Day 6 (Thursday) - This morning transfer to Longreach Airport or Rail Station for your next adventure. (Not included)

Day 1 (Tuesday) - Depart Brisbane aboard The Westlander to Charleville. Overnight: The Westlander.
Day 2 (Wednesday) - Arrive Charleville, meet your coach transfer to Cunnamulla. Enjoy the warm hospitality and a late night therapeutic spa in the artesian waters at Nardoo Station Outback Spa Resort. Overnight: Nardoo Station (D)
Day 3 (Thursday) - Take a tour of this 110,000 acre sheep and cattle property, visit a local cotton farm. See the heart and beauty of the bush on show at the Stephanie Mills Gallery. Overnight: Cunnamulla (B, L, D)
Day 4 (Friday) - Visit Melrose Station grape farm and tuck into billy tea and damper at Glencoe Station. Travel back to Charleville for your rail journey back to Brisbane. Overnight: The Westlander. (B, L)
Day 5 Saturday Arrive in Brisbane.

Day 3 (Thursday) - Discover living history at Myendetta Station. We travel west to Colac Stationthen onto Quilpie to visit the unique Opal Alter. Tonight, enjoy a camp?re dinner. Overnight: Ray Station. (B, L, D)
Day 4 (Friday) - Join a tour of Ray Station, see the Durack tree and the family cemetery, and be entertained tonight with bush poetry. Overnight: Ray Station (B, L, D)
Day 5 (Saturday) - Travel through the Lake Eyre Basin, home to the mighty Cooper Creek and Australia's largest inland river system and take in the outback vista from the red sandhills. Overnight: Longreach (B, L, D)
Day 6 (Sunday) - Visit the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Outback Museum. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Thomson River with dinner under the Outback night skies. Overnight: Longreach. (B, L, D)
Day 7 (Monday) - Depart Longreach on Spirit of the Outback back to Brisbane. Overnight: Spirit of the Outback
Day 8 (Tuesday) - Arrive in Brisbane this morning.
